The IRESS Standard Terms and Conditions provide that the provision of Data from third party data providers is subject to conditions which we notify to you or place on our website from time to time (see clause 1.3). The revised conditions set out on our website are deemed to be incorporated into the IRESS Standard Terms and Conditions. Continued usage of our Services following the inclusion of such revised conditions is deemed as acceptance by you of those conditions.

| Inspection Rights | You agree that, as part of any audit procedure by MAD, MAD’s representatives may audit, inspect and copy those of your books of account, records and other documents relating to the use and provision of the Data provided by MAD, and that those representatives may inspect your systems and controls for limiting access to Data, and that otherwise you will co-operate and provide assistance. |
| Termination | We may suspend or terminate all or part of the Services if directed to do so by MAD, if it is required by our contract with MAD or if MAD terminates the transmission of Data to us or our data distributor. |
| Disclaimer | BSE provides the Data free of warranty (whether express, implied or statutory) and makes no representation as to the Data’s timeliness, sequence, completeness, accuracy, reliability, currency or otherwise. BSE does not warrant that the Data will be uninterrupted or free of error, omission or defect; or that it will continue to transmit the Data using the same technology. You assume all risk as to suitability of use, accuracy, currency etc of the Data. BSE disclaims all liability for any loss of Data, revenue or goodwill which may occur. |
| BSE Right to Enforce | BSE may enforce against you, those terms of this Agreement between you and us that relate to BSE’s rights in the Data provided by BSE. |
| Compliance with BSE's Rules | You must use the Data in accordance with BSE’s rules, as set out at www.bseindia.com. |
| Rights in the Data | You acknowledge that BSE has all rights and title, including intellectual property rights, in the Data provided by BSE. |
| Intellectual Property | You will endeavour to do everything to ensure that intellectual property rights in the Data provided by BSE shall vest in BSE. You shall not apply for or permit anyone else to apply for registration of intellectual property rights in that Data. |
| Access | At reasonable times during normal hours, our or BSE’s representatives shall have access to the premises where your terminals for accessing the Data are located for the purposes of verifying that you are using the Data in accordance with the Agreement. Those representatives may observe operations and the use being made of the Data and may examine all equipment and software used in connection with the receipt and processing of Data. |
| Inspection Rights | You agree that as part of any audit procedure by BSE, BSE may require you to provide information for the purpose of billing and collecting information related to your use of the Data and the technical and administrative costs in place to manage data distribution and reporting, and that otherwise you will co-operate and provide assistance. |
| Security | You shall ensure that the Data is secure. |
| Termination | We may suspend or terminate all or part of the Services if directed to do so by BSE, if it is required by our contract with BSE or if BSE terminates the transmission of Data to us or our data distributor. |

| Inspection Rights | You agree that, as part of any audit procedure by ETR, ETR’s representatives may audit, inspect and copy those of your books of account, records and other documents relating to the use and provision of the Data provided by ETR, and that those representatives may inspect your systems and controls for limiting access to Data, and that otherwise you will co-operate and provide assistance. |
| Termination | We may suspend or terminate all or part of the Services if directed to do so by ETR, if it is required by our contract with ETR or if ETR terminates the transmission of Data to us or our data distributor. |
